Thrift-1391: Improved Delphi XE test cases
Client: delphi
Patch: Jens Geyer

Improved TestClient:
 - collects test results and reports errors
 - added or completed a number of tests, like listTest, mapmapTest, multiExceptionTest and others
 - exception content test also included
